A Cipro Tablets and Cipro Oral Suspension may be taken with or without meals.
B Cipro Oral Suspension must be reconstituted prior to administration. Cipro Oral Suspension should not be administered through a feeding tube.
C One teaspoon (5 mL) of 5% Cipro Oral Suspension= one 250 mg Cipro Tablet.
   One teaspoon (5 mL) of 10% Cipro Oral Suspension= one 500 mg Cipro Tablet.
D Cipro I.V. should be administered by intravenous infusion over a period of 60 minutes.
      E Ciprofloxacin serum concentrations achieved in humans serve as a surrogate endpoint reasonably likely to predict clinical benefit and provide the basis for this indication.
F The safety and effectiveness of Ciprofloxacin in children, adolescents less than 18 years of age, except for inhalational anthrax (post-exposure), pregnant women and lactating women have not been established.
